Responsibilities:
- Support Regional HR Manager in manpower planning/reporting and budgeting exercises.
- Coordinate regional headcount and budget reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll costing report, bonus provision report, invoice submissions, and quarterly leave provision report to Finance.
- Conduct labor statistic surveys for government authorities.
- Maintain and manage HR dashboard.
- Identify and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency.
- Assist with various Compensation & Benefits initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Collaborate with regional counterparts (ASEAN) for report consolidation.
Requirements:
- Comfortable handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal HR members and regional counterparts.
- Keen interest in Compensation & Benefits and willingness to take on additional roles within the team when applicable.
