Job Summary

Support Regional HR Manager for manpower planning/reporting and budgeting exercise.

Key Accountabilities

  • Primarily responsible for operational support for manpower planning and budgeting exercise.
  • Coordinate regional headcount and budget reporting, and accountable for the preparation / submission of monthly and quarterly headcount / budget reporting.
  • Submission of monthly payroll costing report / bonus provision report / invoice submission & quarterly leave provision report to Finance.
  • Labour statistic survey to government authority.
  • Responsible for maintaining HR dashboard.
  • Review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support other C&B initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially MS Excel) with practical experience
  • Good people skills and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • High level of integrity and sensitivity in managing confidential information.
  • Pro-active, willing to learn, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3 years of working experience in Human Resource.
