Responsibilities
- Developing and executing social media marketing strategies and content calendars.
- Creating visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with the brand identity.
- Managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with the online community.
- Collaborating with agencies to manage social media ad campaigns to achieve lead generation targets.
- Tracking, monitoring, and analyzing social media data and performance metrics regularly to evaluate campaign success and optimize results.
- Staying updated with industry developments and trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assisting in managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships to expand reach and brand advocacy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Handling other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
- Demonstrating multitasking abilities and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Media, Public Relation or relevant field
- 3-4 years of in social media content management
- Keen eye for details and strong writing skills
- Design and aesthetic knowledge
