Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and calendar to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create captivating and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with the company's brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Manage social media accounts and posts, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations to foster strong relationships with our online community.
• Collaborate with agency to manage social media ad campaigns to meet set targets for leads and costs.
• Track, monitor and analyze social media data and performance metrics regularly to track the success of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize results.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities, and stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure our contents posts remain fresh and relevant.
• Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships to expand our reach and build brand advocacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines while being meticulous.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a diploma in Marketing or related discipline.
• 3-4 years of in social media management and content creation for digital social media platforms.
• Experience in Email Marketing.
• Passion for and prior experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage.
• Keen eye for details and creativity.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Possess basic design, videography and editing skills.
• Highly numerate and analytical.
