Responsibilities
- Covering role for main Point-of-Contact in processing Foreign Worker work passes
- Follow up and attend to outliers MOM cases, appeals and exceptional MOM cases
- ·Covering role for incoming HR Queries from HR_Support email inbox
- Responsible of pre-onboarding & onboarding of nurses and SDCAs until new hire commences employment
- Follow up and collect documents – Work passes, SNB & onboarding forms (tenenacy agreement, medical report, bank document) to journey with the new hires from pre-onboarding to onboarding stage
- Liaise with new hires on uniform collection & commencement start date
- Manage agencies and follow up queries to onboard the new hires
- Process SPR application & follow up
- Process and reconcile monthly corporate card usage and tabulation to various stakeholders
- Create, prepare and engage in the monthly NM meeting on HR matters
- Assist, prepare and participate in the bi-weekly E-induction programs for new hires
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of related HR operations support
- Knowledge of Employment Act, Foreign Workers, Work Passes Application and Renewals Procedures
- Singapore Nursing Board Application
