Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and calendar to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Create captivating and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with the company's brand identity and resonate with the target audience
Manage social media accounts and posts, engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online conversations to foster strong relationships with our online community
Collaborate with agency to manage social media ad campaigns to meet set targets for leads and costs
Track, monitor and analyse social media data and performance metrics regularly to track the success of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize results
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities, and stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure our contents posts remain fresh and relevant
Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships to expand our reach and build brand advocacy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints
Undertake other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned
Able to multitask and meet deadlines while being meticulous
Requirement:
Eligible to Diploma in Marketing or Related
Minimum 3 years working experience as a content creation for digital social media platforms
Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6.40 PM
Salary up to $4000 (Depending on Experience)
