Job Summary
Support Regional HR Manager for manpower planning/reporting and budgeting exercise.
Job Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for operational support for manpower planning and budgeting exercise.
- Coordinate regional headcount and budget reporting, and accountable for the preparation / submission of monthly and quarterly headcount / budget reporting
- Submission of monthly payroll costing report / bonus provision report / invoice submission & quarterly leave provision report to Finance.
- Labour statistic survey to government authority.
- Responsible for maintaining HR dashboard.
- Review and optimise existing processes to improve efficiency.
- Support other C&B initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree with 3 years of Human Resource Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially MS Excel) with practical experience
- Good people skills and comfortable working with large datasets.
- High level of integrity and sensitivity in managing confidential information.
- Pro-active, willing to learn, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
