Customer Service Coordinator (East | SAP | $3K)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and coordinate the process flow of business in Singapore with CRM tools
- Liaise closely with HQ Office and ensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Handle order processing, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- Min 2 years of customer service experience / order processing / sales support in MNC environment
- Salesforce experience is an added advantage
- Experience in SAP B1 preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer oriented
