Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of sales activities in the sales area (HVAC/Energy) and achieve continuous sales growth and targets.
  • Expand local market share and drive sales revenue.
  • Forecast and report activity accurately in line with the sales target allocation.
  • Identify major projects within the accounts and running activities to build a strong client relationship.
  • Serves as a key point of contact between the client and the organization.
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of bids proposals and documents.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal technical resources to maximize product/solutions and professional service offerings.
  • Participate in the company promotions/marketing activities (digital campaign, brochures, application notes, letters, emails, website, etc.) 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering with a Business/Management background. 
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years sales experience in integrated system solutions related to HVAC, mission-critical environments, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Sanitary), BIM, etc. 
  • Possessing a SCEM Certification will be advantageous.
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in languages with good technical writing skill is preferred.
