Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries and preparation of quotation to dealers. 
• Coordinate ordering processing with dealers. 
• Order processing using company internal system. 
• Work on data analysis and CRM to support dealers vs competitors. 
• Manage and monitor dealer’s inventory and sales forecast. 
• Prepare Powerpoint slides for management presentation. 
• Prepare monthly reports/ analysis for management. 
• Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Marketing 
• 1- 3 years of experience 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 
• Possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills 

Additional Information

• Working Location: Pioneer 
• The role is a desk-bound position.
• Travelling will be required to places like Jakarta, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand. Frequency around once in every 3 / 4 months.
