Responsibilities:

• Perform service maintenance support to local and South-East Asia customers and ensure Machine performance meets and achieves the service specification requirements.
• Perform maintenance support to customers and ensure that machine performance meets required specifications.
• Responsible for the various Scanner & Stepper products servicing and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in the related Engineering field (With 2 years of semiconductor equipment experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and concise technical writing skills.
• Must be able to travel to support local and overseas customers as needed.
• Must be able to commit 24-hours on-call / Stand-by service for customer supports
