Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist the HR team with general HR administrative work
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team
- Manage general correspondences and reception duties (guests, letters, packages etc.)
- Support office management for the wellbeing of employees
- Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in relevant field
- 1 year of working experience in office management, travel arrangement, secretarial support
