Work Location : Central

Responsibilities:

•        To perform accounts payable and receivable , fixed assets accounting, travel & entertainment claims, sundry billings
•        Support other team members with bank reconciliation for other currencies
•        Support manager with the setting-up of counterparties in KTP by preparing instructions to Referencing Data Team (RDT)
•       Ensuring all necessary counterparty details have been properly set up correctly by RDT, so as to enable Relationship Manager to inform counterparty that they can commence repo trading
•        Ensuring all necessary SWIFT instructions to top-up cash collaterals are auto-generated out of KTP in a timely manner so that the counterparty will receive the required margin calls
•        Prepare monthly financial reporting , regulatory reporting and others

Requirements:

•        A recognised Diploma qualification in Accounting or other professional qualifications (e.g. recognised university degree or ACCA) will be an added advantage
•        Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in handling and processing accounts payable, fixed assets accounting, travel & entertainment claims, sundry billings
•        Good accounting knowledge and Microsoft Excel skill
•        Only Singaporeans
