Resposnibilities
- Provide administrative and/or operational support to ensure efficiency an effectiveness in the implementation of various development programmes/initiatives.
- Administrative and/or operational support includes
- Facilitation and delivery of programmes, grants adminsitration, sponsorship and bonds administration, Overseas Travel/conference insurance arrangement & expenses verification, Training administrator for HR system
- Projects/Administrative duties
- Support in the reviewing and updating of polices and the standard operating procedure(SOP) to ensure alignment with current market practices and organisational needs
- Regular monitoring and effective reporting to Management on relevant matrices
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by Managers/HOD
- Cross covering for team members
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Learning and Development roles
- Experience in talent management functions
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
