- Develop compelling narratives and execute communication plans on internal platforms to educate staff and raise the visibility of the company's transformation efforts
- Support leadership team with the delivery of its transformation initiatives & programmes
- Manage engagement efforts in the transformation projects including leading programme roll-out (e.g., Employee Engagement Survey, Teaming Interventions & facilitation sessions).
- Measure and report performance of key initiatives to assess against goals.
- Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns to drive new initiatives to boost reach.
- Provide data to support decision-making on change programme design, overall frameworks, and incremental gains in performance and culture goals.
- Engage with key stakeholders, e.g. HRBP to ensure programmes are designed and implemented with user experience.
- Collaborate with other supporting functions to make transformational change in learning and insights into actions.
- Assist with administrative support and data gathering to support transformation interventions.
Job Requirements
- Recognised degree, preferably in Business Admin, Comms/Marketing with preferably 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Organisational Development concepts and practices is an advantage
- Digital media competencies and content production skills, e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop, for audio/visual content
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management competencies, e.g. events management is an advantage
- Strong mental agility and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
