Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement sales goals (target/KPI) and strategies for the TOP key account channel assigned.
- Manage distribution of all the company’s brand and Agency products to increase market penetration.
- Execute and review the existing contracts for key customers. Build a routine to visit key customers on a regular basis to build rapport and defend against competitors. Foster close working relationships with key customers to accelerate mutual growth.
- Keep abreast of any competition and market development status. Identify and track new customer and competitive account opportunities to secure these accounts.
- Prepare and conduct a formal presentation to customers on business partnership proposals and negotiate for favorable terms/ profitability for new and existing customers’ tenders/contract renewals.
- Analyse F&B market trends, tracking of potential hit lists, and submitting of potential Tender Bids to drive business growth potential.
- Spend significant time in the field with individual key accounts and conducting sales visits with the team.
- Responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivables (AR). Monitor AR aging on a proactive basis with his/her personnel, coordinated with the Credit Control manager and Accounts Receivable Manager/Controller.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in sales functions.
