Senior Consultant (Digital Transformation) (Permanent)

Responsibilities: 

• Promote digital technologies as a member of client's digital transformation team. (Generating opportinities, driving POC projects, tech scouting, market study) 

• Manage team of up to 5 experts, and overlook all projects to monitor and adjust the directions when necessary. 

• Generate the new business opportunities for the company thorough DX collaboration with clients. 

Requirements: 

• Fluent Japanese and English communication skill (customer facing business conversation level) 

• Communication, comprehension and collaboration skills with all the stakeholders to drive the business as a team. 

• 10 years+ experience in IT/Digital Transformation (DX) domain. 

• Comfortable with uncertainty and changes, and working out-of-comfort zone. 

• Outstanding techniques/skills for fact finding, problem solving, analysis, planning, documentation and proposals.
