Responsible for facility inspection, maintenance and repair of areas outside the production plants – Ops & Admin Building, Chemical Warehouse, Laboratory, Maintenance Offices / Workshops, Yards, Canteens, etc.
Responsible and knowledgeable of the critical safety systems fire protection (includes hazardous chemical storage) surveillance, security access and lift systems
Responsible to operate and repair all HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) issue using contract labor.
Manage and facilitate preventive maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of all nonproduction building, streets, parking lots and yards.
Responsible for contract and work order management.
Perform Failure Mode Analysis/ Root Cause Analysis and routine efficiency evaluations and optimization studies of areas responsible.
Inter-act with government agencies for reporting and inspections
Create and manage small capital project initiatives
Requirements:
Min. Degree in Mechanical/ Civil or related engineering field with minimum 5 years experience in facility management
Working knowledge of HVAC, Basic Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil Structural disciplines and HMI systems.
Confined Space Supervisor, Work at Height Supervisor & Risk Assessment
Troubleshooting and problem resolution skill required
Ability to understand technical documents as related to facilities and HVAC
Ability to manage contractors and negotiate service contracts
