Our client is a well established Freight Forwarding MNC. Currently, they are seeking an enthusiastic and committed candidate to join them as "Customer Service Executive (NVOCC)".

In this role, your overall responsibilities will include amongst others :

  • Coordinate with the internal officers to handle the order and follow up for the shipments according to operational policies, standards and procedure.
  • Arrange custom clearance for customers and door delivery services according to industry standards or sector requirements. Also, handling of other legal documents
  • Attend to and solve customers’ enquiries (according to their needs and wants)
  • Work closely with sales department and may need to prepare quotation when sales team are not available for urgent shipments
  • Maintain business relationship with customers

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level/ITE/Diploma or any other related field
  • Ideally 1-2 years or more related working experience in NVOCC setup or forwarding or carrier setup
  • Open to entry level candidates
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service minded, with a spirit of excellence
