Responsibilities
- Work together with manager to conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, focus groups and communication with managers
- Plan, design and develop learning road maps for continuous learning opportunities for different levels of employee
- Execute L&D activities which can be physical workshops, online trainings, e-learning or hybrid for regional teams to increase organizational effectiveness
- Work closely with training partners, institutions and vendors in contract management, course content and payment matters
- Support reporting, such as learning updates and learning effectiveness report to management
- Administer Learning Management System
- Drive LinkedIn Learning initiatives
- Maintain records of training and development activities, such as attendance, course details, learning budget
Requirements
- Degree in HR or learning & development or relevant field
- Prior experience in L&D function will be an added advantage
