Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the business operations through review of contracts covering a variety of areas,
• Provide compliance support to the business operations by preparing compliance policies and compliance training materials, to raise awareness of 
  various compliance areas
• Assist in advising the management and other internal stakeholders from the legal and compliance perspective on a wide variety of operational issues, contract-related matters and compliance matters
• Review of contracts/documentation relating to supply chain management from a legal and compliance perspective

Job Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Law and qualified to practice law in Singapore (admitted to the Singapore bar)
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience working for a Singapore law firm
• Experience in general corporate law would be ideal, but candidates with experience in other relevant areas of law would be considered, including litigation and/or restructuring and 
  insolvency
• Good understanding of corporate law and contract law, while at the same time able to provide commercially-sound advice
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision

Other information

• Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
