Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the business operations through review of contracts covering a variety of areas,
- Provide compliance support to the business operations by preparing compliance policies and compliance training materials, to raise awareness of
various compliance areas
- Assist in advising the management and other internal stakeholders from the legal and compliance perspective on a wide variety of operational issues, contract-related matters and compliance matters
- Review of contracts/documentation relating to supply chain management from a legal and compliance perspective
Job Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Law and qualified to practice law in Singapore (admitted to the Singapore bar)
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience working for a Singapore law firm
- Experience in general corporate law would be ideal, but candidates with experience in other relevant areas of law would be considered, including litigation and/or restructuring and
insolvency
- Good understanding of corporate law and contract law, while at the same time able to provide commercially-sound advice
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
Other information
- Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
