Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative support in performance reviews for the
Workplan cycles, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs). This
includes creating a database/template, offering administrative support, and providing updates to
departments and senior management.
- Review and track clinical/Allied Health & Pharmacy department’s KPIs, and provide regular
update to senior management.
- Review and track CAPEX and New Service PIR submissions, and facilitate its presentation and
approval to senior management.
- Provide secretariat support to Workplan and PIR’s meetings.
- Duties as assigned and delivered with quality and within stipulated timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience, preferably in administration or secretariat work.
- Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable relating to HODs, managers and colleagues.
- Possess good writing skills, including the ability to effectively take meeting minutes.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
