Responsibilities:

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship

·       Conducts market research and analysis for targeted donor prospects, stays engaged and keeps abreast of giving landscape in Singapore.

·       Identifies and nurtures effective relationships with existing corporate donors/ prospects to grow the donor base and financial support for the Foundation.

·       Interacts with business leaders and influential individuals to seek support.

·       Manages fundraising programmes/ initiatives through preparation of appeal letters, proposals and other related collaterals.

Stakeholder Engagement / Marketing

·       Spearheads key fundraisers such as Charity Gala Dinner, Charity Golf and other corporate partnerships & donor related events.

·       To prepare meeting materials and minutes for management/ committee meeting.

·       Supports other Foundation projects/events when required.

·       Keep abreast with fundraising trends and explore diverse fundraising channels and streams, in particular, digital platforms, to build and manage a sustainable pipeline of future donors.

·       Excellent in English writing to create impactful appeal letters, patients; stories and marketing collaterals.

·       Prepare regular reports for internal and external reporting to stakeholders.

·       Supports other Foundation projects/events when required.

Leadership Responsibilities

·       Develops strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·       This is primarily an individual contributor role, working with a team, with opportunities to supervise junior team members.

·       Any other tasks assigned by the manager/ HOD.

 

Requirements:

·       Degree/master’s in business administration/Marketing/Communications or related disciplines.

·       Minimum 3-year demonstrated outstanding performance in fundraising/ business development/ key accounts & project management. 

·       Experience in engaging senior management / philanthropy and marketing communications will be an advantage.

·       Strong written and verbal business communication skills, proficiency in English is a must.

·       Strong work ethic, highly organised and meticulous

·       Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

·       Driven by numbers and results oriented. 

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office
