Permanent Position, Corporate Bank 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the bank’s compliance with the regulatory requirements (including AML/CFT) and perform gap assessment where necessary
• Convey relevant regulatory changes to management and departments and maintain regulatory obligation register
• Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing policies, procedures and methods relating to regulatory compliance and AML/CFT
• Perform regulatory compliance testing on compliance controls and measures, follow up on remediation of any deficiencies identified
• Investigate suspicious transactions escalated to compliance department and prepare suspicious transaction reporting to regulatory authority
• Assist in preparation of reporting to regualotry authorities, Head Office and local management
• Follow up on remediation of any regulatory compliance/ AML CFT –related  control deficiencies identified by the regulatory authorities and internal/external auditors

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with 5 years compliance experience in a corporate banking environment
• Working knowledge of MAS requirements and industry practices on AML/CFT and compliance matters
• Ability to multi-task amongst various duties as and when required
