Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of business software and application with system owner
• Provide technical support to software and application management
• Assist and work with key users to draft and capture the system requirements accurately for functional requirements specification.
• Coordinate technical project support for production and development system during infrastructure development and implementation phase
• Coordinate System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Ensure completeness of test scenarios for integration testing
• Work with system project teams to ensure smooth migration of data
• Report on project progress in a scheduled and timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a Certification in Project Management is an advantage.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT project management
• Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration
• Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
