12 Months contract | Banking industry
Responsibilities:
- Administer the access card system and CCTV, including issuance of access cards and assigning of access, attend to premises alarms during out of office hours assist in fire drills,
- Ensure general maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, liaising with building management and vendors.
- Update of non-IT fixed assets inventory
- Sourcing and procurement of non-IT products and services, maintenance of general equipment and services, including assessment, evaluation and screening of new suppliers.
- Maintain department procedures/BCs and APPGs, APR intranet administration (Upload & deletion)
- Ordering office supplies, printing of name cards and all printed forms
- Upkeep and manage meeting room booking system
- Handle mail room services (collection and distribution of incoming mail)
- Provide general support to visitors (Greet and welcoming visitors)
Requirements:
- Diploma with minimum 4 years of related experience in similar banking setting
- Good communication skills, adaptable, resourceful and proactive
- Able to work on weekends (on adhoc basis due to office maintenance requirements)
