Working environment

  • Call-centre environment
  • Requires to work on weekends
  • Off day on public holidays
  • Office Hour, 8.00am – 5.30pm 

Responsibilities

  • Attend to enquiries via incoming calls and email
  • Provide professional response when assisting customer's enquires
  • Ensure conversation with customer is following the standard operation procedure
  • Maintain positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in call centre environment will be an added advantage
