- Office Hour, 8.00am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities
- Attend to enquiries via incoming calls and email
- Provide professional response when assisting customer's enquires
- Ensure conversation with customer is following the standard operation procedure
- Maintain positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in call centre environment will be an added advantage
