Responsibilities
- customers liaison on product enquiries, price list update, feedback, etc.
- order processing
- documents preparation for payment, delivery or shipments
- Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up.
- Assist in monthly sales closing.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
