Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales revenue targets in assigned markets.
• Establish new distributors in new markets and existing markets to increase product distribution coverage.
• Implement launch of new products and line extensions to capture untapped category segments and consumption occasions.
• Ensure A&P and sales deduction spending are in line with the approved budget.
• Direct and motivate customers to achieve set targets.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports, including but not limited to sales & inventory reports, 3 months rolling purchase forecast, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Customers, Marketing, Research & Development, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product labels and recipes are compliant with the market regulations.
• Direct customer execution of agreed sales & marketing initiatives.
• Formulate annual business plans and budgets for key markets to drive future business growth.
• Provide robust estimates for demand forecast to ensure continuous product supply and minimize losses from the destruction of aged stocks.
• Coordinate with Shipping & Admin team on the order & delivery processes to ensure timely delivery of customer’s orders.
• Provide updates to management on customer performance, market activities, market opportunities & challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Regularly update Distributors' performance, present price proposals and Sales & Marketing plans to the Senior Management Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of Sales, Distributor Management, or Trade Marketing experience in the FMCG Industry.
• Familiar with International Business.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, dealing with ambiguity.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Applications.
