Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and related segments
• Generate design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and communication materials
• Maintain strong and clear communications with internal stakeholders to articulate Campaign objectives and details
• Development and manage digital prospecting & remarketing campaigns from strategy to execution, to grow customer base and retaining existing customers.
• Work with internal business units to establish a Performance Dashboard with set benchmarks to measure digital KPIs.
• Conduct channel analysis with a holistic approach to provide useful and actionable insights to improve marketing ROI
• Work with the team to share funnel analysis, present post-campaign results and improvement strategies to increase conversion rate.
• Work with media and web agency partners to conduct A/B Testing or multivariate testing to improve and drive creative growth strategies for all paid Displays, SEO and retargeting activities not limited to location targeting, customized and lookalike audiences, and ad sequencing. 
• Design surveys to measure customer satisfaction and analyzing website traffic statistics.
• Work with Brand Manager to explore partnerships and collaborations to drive growth and awareness
• Drive end-to-end omni-channel customer journey mapping to identify pain points and gaps and recommend corrective actions to enhance CX on own website.
• Support the development of content to maximise visibility and reach of our online platforms’ (Shopee & Lazada) campaigns to maximise impressions and conversions.
• Evaluate emerging technological changes for adaption of marketing strategies
• Engage in overall cost saving efforts without compromising quality
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Marketing related Discipline
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in marketing data analysis
