Our client is a reputable name in the Shipping Industry. Currently, they are seeking a well experienced candidate to join them as "Assistant Manager/Manager (Human Resources)(Regional)".

In this role, you will be contributing in the following areas :

  • This is an individual contributor role
  • Responsible for regional compensation, headcount report, HR data analytics and HR business partnering with internal stakeholders across the Asia region
  • Support country HR regionally to ensure alignment and consistency with corporate guidelines and policies 
  • Ensure job grading salary structures are aligned with market benchmarks
  • Consult with in-country HR/C&B Managers and Business Partners to validate pay ranges in the salary structure
  • Harmonize rewards and benefits with approved job grades/employee categories to attract and retain talents
  • Support in the development and implementation of performance management framework, policies and processes
  • Deliver effective communication of performance management framework and processes to stakeholders across the region
  • Apply headcount data governance concepts and principles to identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics benchmarking for regional headcount
  • Report and analyse regional headcount by employing data mining, modelling, predictive analytics, benchmarking tools to create insights to guide decision-making
  • Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools
  • Be the main liaison for HRIS related matters
  • Support country HR on the initial findings/challenges/gaps faced in different modules in HRIS system and work with project team on refinement and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree holder in Human Resources / Human Capital Development / Reward Management or HR-related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience , out of which, 5 years in a regional role
  • Possesses hands on skills in project management, HR management, reward management & HR Business Partnering
  • Proactive with the ability to build strong relationship with internal stakeholders and possesses strong written and communication skills.
