Handle MOM work pass (Employment Pass, S Pass) related applications and renewals.
Handle submission of government-paid claims, e.g. Childcare leave, Paternity Leave, etc.
Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, exit docs, etc.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative work, e.g. timely update of employees’ leave applications, insurance claims, etc.
Assist with travel bookings.
General administrative support, reception work (when necessary), etc.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource
1-3 years of working experience in HR functions
Well understand HR admin functions
