• Responsible for leading the Medical Product R&D Innovation Project using Accelerated Product Development (APD) process to achieve project targets
• Lead planning and implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/ or testing phases
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• Track project deliverables using APD process
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project targets
• Manage certification of product
• Collaborate with multi-sites R&D centre for development

Requirements:

• Masters or Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as R&D Project Manager
• Knowledge in medical/biomedical/pharmaceutical product development
• Excellent track records in project delivery (delivered on-time, meeting product requirements and cost efficiency), including projects involving customers
• Good working knowledge of product design (mechanical/electronics/ software) is essential
• Knowledge of ISO 13485/ GMP 21 CFR 820
• Experience in ISO 13485)/ FDA audit would be an added advantage
• Systematic in problem solving approach and creative thinker
• Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
• Certificate in Project Management would be preferred
