- To support the independent validation and timely delivery of client’s instructions/ documents and operational queries
- To perform independent call back to clients for high-risk transactions as a form of anti-fraud deterrence
- To support quarterly periodical fee processing and process closure of accounts
- Assist to prepare quarterly updates of the Bank’s Authorized Signatory List to various counter parties
- Prepare Audit Confirmation & Custody Declaration for clients’ auditors and external asset managers (EAM) respectively
- Possess Degree with at least 3 years of call centre and/or call back experience in Private Bank
- Previous experience in back-office will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge in asset transfer
- Proficient in MS Office software such as Macros and Visual Basic knowledge.
