**12-month contract**

Work Location: MBC

Responsibilities:

• To support the independent validation and timely delivery of client’s instructions/ documents and operational queries
• To perform independent call back to clients for high-risk transactions as a form of anti-fraud deterrence
• To support quarterly periodical fee processing and process closure of accounts
• Assist to prepare quarterly updates of the Bank’s Authorized Signatory List to various counter parties
• Prepare Audit Confirmation & Custody Declaration for clients’ auditors and external asset managers (EAM) respectively

Requirements:

• Possess Degree with at least 3 years of call centre and/or call back experience in Private Bank
• Previous experience in back-office will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in asset transfer
• Proficient in MS Office software such as Macros and Visual Basic knowledge.
