Responsibilities
- Responsible on statutory board liaison for work pass and government claims
- Workpass applications and renewals for white collar employee (S Pass, EP, DP, etc.)
- Manage and processing statutory government -paid claims, e.g. Childcare leave, Paternity Leave etc.
- employment contracts preparation
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative work
- Assist in travel bookings
- General administrative support, and Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Human resource/ Business Administration or relevant field
- 2-3 years of working experience in HR function
- Experience in administration of workpass applications
