As part of the AML team, leveraging technology to bring about greater efficiency and organizational growth.
Serve as a liaison between the Business and IT to provide solutions for their business system needs.
Understand customer objectives, processes, and products, as well as the capabilities of the business systems, to formulate, define, and document solutions aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities as below:

Process design:
• Recommend the envisioned operation, involve operational users, and accurately and comprehensively capture operational requirements without ambiguity, enable traceability and harmonize with existing system functionality.
• Play a consulting role in the AML operation, identify issues, propose areas for improvements, thinking outside the box to propose alternate solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards to meet or enhance desired objectives.
• Providing cost-effective and practical solutions that align with their digital strategies.

Requirement Refinement/Elaboration:
• Lead requirements gathering with business users, driving the requirements lifecycle from abstract product vision to detailed functional requirements, while also constructing a business requirement document comprehensible to both business and technology teams, sourced from business stakeholders, and conducting the processing and analysis of extensive datasets for business analysis purposes.
• Refine/elaborate user stories (ensure consistency and high quality) based on business requirements and process design, ensuring that they follow the prescribed format. 
• Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and effectively work with them.

UAT Test Case Preparation Support:
• Support UAT preparation by defining the test scope, drafting test cases, and ensuring traceability to the original requirements.
• Verify that the user requirements are achievable and support business users during UAT and post-implementation phases.

Project Reporting:
• Track all project deliverables, identify dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate them to the project manager.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager and management.

Qualification
•    Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent fields
•    Proven record of business analysis experience in system implementation projects in the Banking domain
•    5 to 8 years of relevant experience within a related banking processing operation support/business analyst function.
•    AML knowledge will be advantageous.
•    Experience with application development/systems implementation and improvement.
•    Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent client-facing, strong & effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills.
