Responsibilities:
- Campaign Production: Manages the planning and execution of the pre-production, production, and post-production stages of all creative and campaigns.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary liaison between clients and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding and achievement of project objectives.
- Artwork Coordination: Responsible for communicating with vendor and media partners to acquire, approve, design, and deploy all artwork necessary to ensure smooth execution of service brands.
- Technical: Apply strong technical knowledge to oversee various production aspects, including print, digital, and video production, ensuring the highest quality standards are met
- Budget Management: Estimate project costs accurately, track expenses, and manage projects within budget constraints to maximise financial efficiency.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure resource availability. Enhance supplier and content provider relationships to streamline artwork acquisition workflow and improve quality.
- Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and production details, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Administrative Tasks and Documentation: Manage paperwork and administrative tasks related to creative production projects, ensuring accurate records are maintained, approvals are obtained, and compliance with organizational processes and policies is upheld.
- Artwork Preparation: Plan and prepare artwork for inclusion in creative proposals, direct mail campaigns, product brochures, and marketing materials for the business.
- Brand Guidelines: Maintain and update corporate brand guidelines throughout collateral materials.
- Photography: Competency in photography is expected for documenting internal events, activations, and delivering campaign photos.
- Outdoor Engagements: This role involves outdoor engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, with more than 5 years of experience in Project & Design management in a creative environment.
- Excellent creative direction and visualization skills across a variety of broadcast media and formats, including and not limited to out-of-home, print, digital/ online, mobile, and display.
- Strong ability to problem-solve, multitask, and priorities in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Possess the experience and aptitude to manage stakeholders, workflow, and resources with finesse and efficiency.
- Well-versed in Print, Web, Video production techniques. Experience in Web3 technologies will be an edge.
- Well-connected with suppliers and vendors.
