• Monitor & maintain cleaning machine daily check, process parameters & process stability
• Process improvement and optimization to enhance on quality, cost & productivity
• Responsible for new tool and process start up
• Liaise with vendors & production team to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives
• Maintain stock level of essential spare parts and consumables to meet production requirement

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or any equivalent discipline
• Prefer to have 3~5 years wafer Fab Clean Tech or CMP equipment engineer/AE experience.
• Good ownership and accountability
• With Wet clean or CMP polishing tool working experience in semiconductor industry
• Possess relevant technical skills such as SPC & FMEA
• Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary
