Responsible for local, Import, export shipment and ordering processing etc.
Preparation of shipping documentation – system and manual
Processing customer return system updating and follow up with respective parties on closure
Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to liaise for shipment pickup and delivery request.
Assist on customer return and shipping operation monthly reporting.
Assist on PM/CAL arrangement with vendor, quotes and updating in system
Daily/weekly inventory reconciliation, closure and report submission
Prepare monthly shipment reports to submit to Tax team
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma level and above
1-2 years of working experience in shipping administration function
Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping incoterms are required
IT savvy – SAP knowledge preferred with good Excel skills
