To support the Head of Department in the management of the various functions under Operations and Administration.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

Review, develop and implement department-specific (business development and patient services) operational policies to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organizational policies/objectives and market needs.

Lead, manage, coach and motivate a team to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of department plans, programmes, processes and service competitiveness.

Review service processes to improve overall key performance indicators in the areas of total patient experience, operational efficiency and optimal resource utilization.

Work closely with relevant departments on special projects, workgroups or committees to resolve intra-department conflicts, initiate and propose options where possible and see through the implementation to ensure desired outcomes are achieved for operational or patient services issues.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

Plan and monitor department resources and utilization in terms of manpower and budget.

Review and prepare periodic operational and budget reports.

Identify learning needs of department with due actualization of suitable training plans.

Lead departmental QEHS initiatives and/or participate in cross-departmental projects.

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Recognized degree with relevant working experience at managerial level.

Meticulous and analytical, possess excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Exhibit excellent leadership and team management qualities.
