Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Executive, who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of our company and ensuring effective coordination of meetings and events. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around creating compelling publicity materials, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support to the company’s various initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all aspects of administrative and logistical support for the programmes related to the company.
• Develop and implement effective publicity strategies to promote company’s programs and events.
• Collaborate with different partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
• Manage the academy's website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Any other duties, as assigned by the Reporting Officer & HOD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in administration and coordination roles, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong proficiency in writing and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft office applications and any other digital tools)
• Knowledge in website management, including content updates, basic design, and familiarity with CMS platforms will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling publicity materials.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
