Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and responsible for the day-to-day operations in the semiconductor wafer Fab. 
• Lead a team of around 20-25 Staff (Supervisors, Leaders, Engineers, Operators) to ensure company’s KPI targets on production output plans are met.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the production floor including manpower, production cycle-time / productivity / schedule, and quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and establish a strategy plan to meet it.
• Ensures shop floor fluidity, safety, fab cleanliness, good 5S housekeeping and discipline in the line.
• Work closely with other supporting departments to resolve issues in the line and eliminate human errors. 
• Liaise with Head Quarter counterpart to implement changes and alignment between the sites.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in the Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Management or any other relevant disciplines.
• With 4-5 years of Managerial experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the Semiconductor Industry will be advantageous. 
• Strong leadership qualities and good communication skills.
• Knowledge in the cleanroom standards, 5S housekeeping, WSH, and RBA requirements.
