Responsibilities:
- Provide support to medical staff, including managing and administering.
- Leave system approvals.
- Roster plotting.
- Clinical training sponsorship requests
- Training and education hours
- Claims process i.e., on-call, honorarium, clinical training and overseas travel.
- Credentials and profiles
- HR matters such as onboarding, exit clearance and promotion documents.
- Any others such as maintaining directory, asset list.
- Any other duties as required.
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma holder or Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative duties and operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite i.e., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Good interpersonal skills inclusive of communication skills, service orientation, and internal stakeholder management
- Meticulous and organized in processes and record keeping.
- Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Flexible and adaptable.
