Responsibilities
- Ensure that the outgoing and incoming mail/calls is allocated to the right department within the organization
- Arranging and Welcome Guests
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (Pantry / stationery) as well as ordering of equipment, office supplies and other inventories that are required
- Arrange Postage (local) and courier services (DHL)
- Verifying staff expenses claim to ensure claims are adhere to company policy
- Booking of travelling ticket and hotels (local & overseas) etc.
- Travel arrangement on Visa Invitation Letter and travel insurance renewal/cancellation
- Coordinating with internal/external IT support
- New employees Onboarding process.
- Work closely with site Managers, Supervisors and management team to deliver HR initiatives and operational support.
- Assist in maintaining the document management system in accordance to the company’s ISO policies and procedures.
- Process of Group Insurance administration for staff and ensure compliance with the Act.
- Assist in organising corporate social responsibility and welfare activities.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of working experience
- Minimum in Diploma in Business Administration
