Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the outgoing and incoming mail/calls is allocated to the right department within the organization
  • Arranging and Welcome Guests
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (Pantry / stationery) as well as ordering of equipment, office supplies and other inventories that are required
  • Arrange Postage (local) and courier services (DHL)
  • Verifying staff expenses claim to ensure claims are adhere to company policy
  • Booking of travelling ticket and hotels (local & overseas) etc.
  • Travel arrangement on Visa Invitation Letter and travel insurance renewal/cancellation
  • Coordinating with internal/external IT support
  • New employees Onboarding process.
  • Work closely with site Managers, Supervisors and management team to deliver HR initiatives and operational support.
  • Assist in maintaining the document management system in accordance to the company’s ISO policies and procedures.
  • Process of Group Insurance administration for staff and ensure compliance with the Act.
  • Assist in organising corporate social responsibility and welfare activities.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned. 

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of working experience
  • Minimum in Diploma in Business Administration
