Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional customers seeking repair services
- Receive, review, and process customer claims.
- Verify claim eligibility, documentation, and compliance
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve claim-related issues promptly
- Handle refund requests from regional service teams
- Maintain a systematic record of all refund transactions
- Ensure reports are accurate, well-organised, and delivered on schedule
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system for all claims and refund documents
- Logistic Coordination of shipping repair items to and from the service center, including arranging transportation and managing shipping documentation
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O level
- Experience in either supply chain or shipping or sales administrator
- Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel Spreadsheet
- No Experience are welcome to apply
