Responsible

• Responsible for order and procurement management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order, goods receipt/issue issuance of quotation, order confirmation, invoice, and all other sales related documents, etc..
• Material and supplier master management in SAP.
• Liaison with suppliers and customer for on-time delivery and quality products.
• JIT inventory management, review inventory levels
• Update transportation and warehousing cost.
• Preparation and proposal of annual price list
• Obtain approval from MD according to the approval matrix.
• Resolution of issue, complaints, invoice discrepancies with professional manners.
• Plan shipments in collaboration with sales team and logistics providers

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Procurement role.
• Good working knowledge of incoterms and proficiency with SAP.
