Responsibilities:

• Work with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies for new market sales / new project (e.g. EPC).
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure materials and services required for new projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between procurement activities and project requirements.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the existing team to ensure smooth coordination between aftermarket and new sales procurement efforts.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant procurement experience in a similar industry.
• Previous experience in procurement for new market sales and EPC projects is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful procurement.
• Experience working with renowned multinational corporations.
• Notable achievements in previous procurement roles, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
