• To support the AML team at a Japanese bank in leveraging on technology, serving as liaison between the Business and IT to provide solutions to their business system needs. 

• To understands customers objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities to formulate, define, document solutions that are aligned with business needs 

• To perform business analysis on AML operation: identify issues and propose solutions for improvement 

• Engagement with operation users, capture operation requirements accurately, comprehensively and without ambiguity, facilitate traceability and in harmony with existing system functionality 

• Support UAT preparation by defining test scope, drafting test cases and ensuring traceability to original requirements. 

• Track all project deliverables, identify dependencies, risks and issues and escalate to the project manager. 

• Proven record of business analysis experience in system implementation projects in Banking domain  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a related banking processing operation support/business analyst function 

• Solid experience with application development/systems implementation and improvement 

• AML knowledge is an advantage 

• Company industry: Japanese IT Solution – to support Japanese bank client
