Performing writing and can communicate effectively across all internal and external platforms.
drafting replies to MP letters or customers’ feedback
managing walk-in clients (where required)
evaluating requests from internal and external stakeholders
Developing and reviewing external communications materials for both internal and external stakeholders
Media channel management including daily media monitoring and analysis, media relations (media pitching, forum replies, media queries and others) and crisis communications.
Providing editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements, amongst others.
Evaluate and propose for revise if require for corporate website content.
Support marketing campaigns or events and measure campaign performance.
Support the consolidation of monthly returns of the department for reporting purposes and other duties when assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or any related discipline
4-5 years’ of working experience in corporate communications or public relations
An independent, resourceful and dynamic self-starter strong
