Organize meetings logistics including travel arrangements, visas, permits to enter customer facilities
Team meeting reports and follow-up activities
Provision of administrative support to Service sales team in preparation of quotations and contracts
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, presentations
Maintain an efficient document control, filling and retrieval system
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Assist Service team in ad-hoc project assignments, when required
Generate Purchase Orders and Invoicing using In-house Expenses Claims System namely “Intramart” System
Follow up timely on the payments from customers and payment to suppliers
Working on the shipping documents such as bill of lading and shipping mark with logistic company and customers
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Diploma/Degree in a Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain
